As you can likely imagine, we encounter a good amount of questions during our day to day operations here at Bakersfield Limos. For any simple questions you may have related to limousine or party bus rentals, we've compiled a list of some favorites here in hopes that it may provide you some insight into our processes and give some answers to you regarding what you can and cannot do when renting our vehicles for your big day.

For that reason we have knowledgeable and friendly booking agents on call to serve you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! What are your business hours?

Our office business hours are typically in the 9am - 5pm range. However, we do our best to have someone available 24/7 to answer calls and facilitate reservations. We feel that this is a prudent business practice since our vehicles are out on the road at all times of the day and night.

Can we have alcohol in your limos?

Yes. Our limos even include wet bars with ice-filled beverage coolers for your convenience. We cannot allow alcohol however, if anyone on board is under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.

Can we smoke in your vehicles?

We do not allow smoking or vaping in our vehicles. This allows us to prevent burn holes, a smoky smell, and ashes. We like to keep our vehicles in prime condition for the satisfaction of all of our passengers! We do allow for unlimited stops though, so if you need a "comfort" stop at any time... Just let your chauffeur know and they'll pull over as soon as it is safe to do so. Keep in mind that any smoking must be done at least 15 feet away from the vehicles.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

A credit or debit card is necessary for a deposit. For the rest of the balance, we accept cash at pick up, credit or debit card by phone, money orders, and personal checks that clear before the date of the run. Typically, if you wish to pay via personal check, you'll need to get that to us a week in advance to ensure that everything clears prior to your date.

How does pricing work?

Pricing varies based on type of vehicle, size of vehicle, pick up location, and date of service. For more information, please click on our "Pricing" link. For a quote, please call or email us.

How do I reserve a vehicle

We can set up your reservation over the phone, so just give us a call! Please have all necessary information ready, including amount of passengers, desired date, and pick up location. A deposit will be required, so have a credit or debit card on hand, as well.

If we make a mess, are we required to clean it?

You are expected to remove any personal items that you may have brought onto the vehicle with you. While we do our best to ensure that items accidentally left on our vehicles are returned to their respective owners, we can not possibly guarantee safe return in each and every case. If you make a "normal" mess that does not require excessive cleanup, you are not expected to clean or scrub the vehicles before the end of your run.
